·      热钱从有风险的资产跑到安全的资产

全世界股市从4月就开始滑落到8月中。我们发现市场所谓的热钱从有风险的投资工具跑到了比较安全的工具。

所以大家可以看的到有风险的工具比如，股市和大众商品这几个月表现都很不好。很多股票指数掉了20-25%。海指也掉了21%。大众商品石油，黄金，小麦，糖通通都掉。中国股市也大掉。原因是这些产品都叫做比较高风险的投资。

那这些钱跑到了哪里？

跑到了安全的资产。现在全世界最安全的资产就是美元。美元这几个月对其他的货币都一直在涨。对新元从念头1.3一直涨到最近高点1.43。

·       利率是最大的祸害！

为什么热钱会从有风险的资产跑到安全的资产？原因是因为大家都担心利率要上。耶伦一直提到9月可能会上。因此半年前，3、4月，钱就从股市跑了出来。

现在市场要的就是等待一个明确的答案。如果星期四晚上联储局的主席耶伦能让我们明确的看到利率的走势，我觉得热钱就会很快回流到股市因为毕竟也掉了20-25%。

·       新加坡股市技术点位

从技术图表分析，现在STI的支持就在2840点。我现在是蛮看好海指的。如果利率问题可以解决，我觉得海指会开始反弹。3000是阻力。我们判断今年底有望回到3300点。

·       哪一个新加坡股可以看？GLOBAL LOGISTIC PROPERTIES - GLP

我觉得现在股市已经很低了。鼓励大家做好功课选出一个好的成长股。其中一个可能可以留意的是Global Logistics GLP。几个原因

1） GLP是一个成长速度相当快的公司。明年2016年的盈利EPS被预测可能会增长30%。

2） GLP上个星期签了7个合同，他的7个中国客户将跟GLP租下210000平方米的物流设施。

3） GLP的股价从去年3多已经掉到现在$2，算是便宜了。
