美国市场

·         昨晚美国道指掉了267点，Nasdaq跌了130点, 一天3%的跌幅。虽然道指还没什么跌，Nasdaq却从最高4371点跌倒4054点，7.2%的跌幅。最近美国似乎有开始调整的现象。

·         那到底是什么原因科技股这么疲弱？两个原因：

·         第一我觉得是科技股已经上了太多了。我们曾经在节目中说过，美国科技股通常在圣诞节期间表现很好。也会反映在一月份第四季度的成绩单。很多科技股的业绩确实在一月表现都很好，造成股价大涨。但是我们现在进入了第二个季度。第二季度科技股开始走弱因为涨太多。所以这个是季节的关系。

·         第二点是这个月刚好是美国报告业绩的月份。很多分析师跟我一样，都很不看好这些科技股的成绩，因为已经没有圣诞节的推动力，分析师都觉得这个季度应该很多科技公司达不到预期的标准。因此这些公司还没有发成绩单前就被退下来。

·         那是不是成绩真的很糟糕呢？我们就要这两个星期注意研究一些有影响力的公司。

·         好处是有些公司已经掉很多，这些不好的期望值已经反映在股价里，可能就不会这样糟。

·         从图表来看，道琼斯的支持是在15700点。现在是16170点。如果有机会再跌500点我觉得是一个机会大家可以考虑进场。这一点也是200天均线的支持。

·         Nasdaq的支持就在3930点。到了就是一个机会！

中国股市

·         现在上证指数是2122点。之前我们有提醒大家要买上证指数。买入区域在1950-2000点之间。两个星期前当上证在2050时我们还是蛮看好的。现在我觉得大家如果要进场，胜算就小了。

·         但是还是有可能上升。我觉得上证指数如果到2200-2250点，大家可以考虑套利。到了这个管卡可能有压力。

·         目前投资上证指数的方式只可以用短期投机的方式。因为上了一点就会有压力。

·         我们判断上证指数已经在熊市的最尾端。指数的上限似乎越来越矮。图形越来越狭窄。

·         现在上证走动的范围只在200-250点左右。

·         但是要提醒大家，如果上证突然又一个月暴涨500点，冲破了2500点的重要管卡，那这个可能就是大牛市的开始。

新加坡市场

·         我们在节目中有提过新加坡海指的短期压力就在3250点到3300点。如果到了这个区域，鼓励短期投资的朋友可以开始套利先。现在海指是在3197点。

·         目前我们对亚洲整体股市还是蛮有信心的，特别是海峡指数。我们预测海指还是有可能走到3250点。到了3250-3300的期间，我们再观察是否还能冲。

·         那为什么我们对海指还是蛮乐观的？2点：

·         一是我们看得到海指最近相当抗跌。昨晚道指掉了267点，现在海指只下滑6点。而却这两天海指都出现开低走高的现象。似乎非常抗跌。

·         第二是这一波海指上升，有两个领域板块表现相当出色。这两个领域去年都一直很弱，这个月似乎活起来了。

·         第一个领域是房地产领域。当然前个月我们刚好提到房地产领域大家在第二季度可以留意。最近房地产股表现真的不错。我觉得房地产股确实已经到底了，这个第二季大家一定要留意这个领域。有好多股票都值得看的！

·         第二个领域是大众商品领域。我们有提过这个领域跟中国是挂钩的。但是这一次跑得这样快让我出乎预料。很多公司比如olam, noble, indoagri, golden agri都跑了上来。当然除了可能本身公司的一些内部讯息以外，另外的原因是外部的大众商品整体价格都一直飙升！

·         咖啡在短短的几个月从100跑到200。玉米，小麦，咳咳，CPO都在涨。

·         总结：我们觉得海指还有可能上升，我们还是很乐观。甚至这6个月里我们觉得海指有可能冲破3300点的难关因为房地产和大众商品领域我们估计已经到底了。但是短期3250-3300还是要谨慎！

香港股市

·         两个星期前我们提过横生有可能到23000点。现在已经在23000点了。23000点跟海指3200点一样，不上不下。如果再爬，到了23500-24000点的期间，大家就要非常小心。这个管卡我觉得是一个非常的压力区。到了，大家要准备卖掉。

日本股市

1） 日本日经期货指数现在是14025点。最近日经指数的表现比其他亚洲指数都还要差。可能最近收到了美国的影响，从15200点下滑到了14000.受了美国的压力，掉了接近1200点。

2） 那因为他下滑比较多，我们觉得日经指数是目前亚洲股市最值得投资和留意的。我们觉得日经捡便宜的区域就在13500-14000点的范围。这几天刚好跌到了。现在我们鼓励可以进场开始测试水温了。14000买一点，如果到了13500点，再买。

Singapore Long term Stock Tip: Singpost is positioned to be the Alibaba of South East Asia

Dear Friends,

In my interview on the 28th March with Channel 8 <Good Morning Singapore> programme, we did mention that this is a good stock where we can keep for long term investment.

Not a lot of stocks in singapore is now worth investing long term, but Singpost is the rare few I am giving the thumbs up. With a dividend yield of 4.7%, why not??

3 reasons:
1) This year Singpost is forecasted to have a 25% growth rate. This is a pretty strong growth rate in a mature industry! Not a lot of stocks can consistently achieve this figure!

2) Singpost these few years have been acquiring companies and are pretty successsful in adding good earnings to their balance sheet.

3) Singpost has a plan to attack E-commerce logistics, aspiring to be the Alibaba of South East Asia. Recent years they have accumulated successsful companies related to e-commerce logistics. This industry is basically new and untapped in SEA, and I believe that Singpost has the capability to lead in this industry in this local region if they can acquire more worthwhile companies.

Now : $1.375 (Slight breakout today)
Mid term Target: $1.47
Long term Target: $1.95-$2.00
Dividend Yield：4.7%

1)     海指上周五全天在3206至3228点之间波动，收于3212点，滑落7点（0.23%）。请总结本地股市在第二季第一周的整体表现。

·         没上太多，但最近表现不错。11天里涨了9天。3050跑上来， 180点。

·         整个亚洲股市都不错。马来西亚1820点到1860点，香港21000到22500，日本14000到15000点。

·         几个星期前每个朋友担心Crimea的和利率可能上升的问题，

·         反而是美国最近的表现平凡。Nasdaq已经掉了200点。

·         我看大家这几天要关注的是美国如果走弱，亚洲股市的表现如何。

2）有市场人士认为，海指已出现＂超买＂现象，短期内或会滑落，不过中期而言走势向好，可能冲至3300点。您怎么看？

·         想法一样。调整都是短期的。到了3250-3300点，鼓励先套利。

·         跌到3150点的支持价位，再观察。

·         虽然海指现在有点高，但上升乐观的。长期下跌的领域比如房地产领域和大众商品领域的   股票都跑了上来，对新加坡股市注入蛮多信心。

3）来宝集团Noble Grp 与中粮集团达成脱售农产品业务部门多数权益和联营计划协议。瑞信给予它的评级提升至＂表现优于大市＂，目标价大幅调高到$1.50。您的解读？
-last Fri $1.28,跌3.5分

·         $1.50是有可能的。因为有利好的基本面消息。特别是当有公司要收购股份。

·         但是要达到$1.50有几样事情要留意。

·         Noble可能会回到在1.20-$1.25之间。这个是关键区域。

·         如果Noble 一直都在$1.20-$1.25之间不跌破$1.20，这只股票就有机会突破$1.30，迈向$1.50。但是到了$1.50就要非常小心。

4）新交所上周五发布＂石油与天然气类股报告＂，哪些讯息值得股民留意？您依然看好这一板块的上涨潜能吗？

·         这个季度的石油与天然气公司表现可能不怎么理想。

·         石油这个季度有可能走弱，保持在85-100之间。

·         天然气上个季度有一正子因为美国冬天的问题，冲到了$6.50，结果现在跌回了$4.50。这是季节性的。我们觉得石油的需要这个季度会减弱。这可能会影响这个领域的股票。

5）大多数市场的证券指数主要都以当地公司组成。而新加坡作为亚洲的国际金融中心，却有着一个独特的国际化证券市场。海指的构造展示了什么特性？

·         海指确实有国际化的证券市场。在这30只成分股当中，只有4只成分股的盈利纯粹来自新加坡

·         今年表现最好的股票是Olam Int'l，Thai Beverage，这两间公司主要收入来自海外市场。

·         为什么？因为新加坡市场太小。如果本地公司没有想过拓展市场，就不能生存。营业额绝对没办法上升。

·         长期可以投资的股票，一定要有成长。向海外发展。

6)迈入第二季了，谈您对本地股市表现/走势的预测。
下来的阻力点和支持水平在？

·         会有一次调整。美国股市调整可能会有10-15%的调整。但鼓励大家一定不要错过机会进场。

·         这绝对不是熊市的开始。海指的支持就子啊3000-3050点。阻力就在3250-3300点。

7）在华尔街股市方面，美国股市周五大跌，道指下跌160点（跌幅1%）至16413点，创3月13日以来最大单日跌幅。原因何在？

·         a）非农业薪金报告数字比预期的数据还要差。虽然数字不是差到离谱，但是市场似乎在星期五之前都觉得数字不错。预期的期望没达到造成大琼斯大掉160点。

·        
b）最近科技领域的股票走弱。Nasdaq星期五掉了100多点。这个滑落是因为很多人估计这个月科技股的盈利报告可能不好。我们接下来要留意这些股票业绩如何。

8）美国近期还有哪些值得留意/关注的财经讯息和金融消息？怎么影响或左右区域和本地股市呢？

1）  大家要关注两点。

2）  美国这个月的盈利报告如何。目前，很多人认为科技有关的股票盈利都可能不好。我们接下来就看到底是不是如此。我们也要研究其他领域的股票表现如何。如果不好，这个下滑可能持续到5月。

3）  FED 的QE政策

9）崭新的一周又开始了。请预测稍后开盘后的走势。

·         美国星期五大掉，我判断亚洲股市都会走弱，很有可能开始就会有压力。但是我要鼓励大家留意的是是否海指有机会反弹。大家可以乘机看新加坡股市的力量。如果美国大掉没对新加坡有影响，那证明新加坡股市相当强，可能还有上涨的空间。

美国市场

1)    昨晚虽然美国道指没涨没跌，但是在交易时段创下了历史高点。这个月我们还是蛮看好美国股市的。

2)    可是请大家还是要留意今晚的非农业薪金报告。

3)    如果这个非农报告不错比预期还好，我相信4月还是有可能上升的。

新加坡市场

·         上个星期当海指在3164点时，我们说过还是对STI保持乐观的态度。认为STI还是有往上走的空间。不到一个星期，道指已经涨到了3220点。我们对我们的判断没有改变，还是觉得STI在3250-3300点是有压力。鼓励短期朋友在这个范围套利先。

OCBC

·         最近OCBC成功收购了永亨银行, 投资总额为63亿新元，比预期的还要低。

·         虽然收购永亨银行对OCBC长拓展中国市场有帮助，但是可能要等到2017年才会看到收购的成果，反映在盈利。

·         我觉得时间太长了，也认为$12.40的DBS估价过高。暂时我判断OCBC的上涨空间有限，在$9.8-$10有强大的阻力。本地业务也受新加坡降温措施影响，因此短期不鼓励大家投资

      

      Analyst Report Summary by DBS targetting $12.40 in 1 year time...

      

      In summary, I think although the acquistion of WHB is below valuation, the benefit of this acquisition can only be reflected in the earnings only in year 2017. By year 2017, I do believe there may be a bear run coming, and I am not willing to wait that long. 

      Temporarily, OCBC does have a strong short term resistance at $9.80 - $10. As local banks is still suffering from the local housing cooling measures, and with STI near our 3250-3300 resistance, we don't encourage you to look at this stock now. 

     Perhaps there may be other better blue chips around like Singpost, whose acquisitions are already going to reflect on their earnings this year!

I am now shifting my stop loss to $0.39, with my 2nd target at $0.47. And if second target is reached, I will be off this stock! It needs a rest. When it rests, I will look again!

Singapore Stock Tip: Centurion hits our target at $0.67, but it looks like a resistance in $0.77-$0.80

Dear Friends,

Do you remember we talked about Centurion on 4th December? With STI not that good, this company continued to run, and hit our mid term target. It did rest after hitting our mid term target at $0.67.

We do think that this is a good stock, but with price now at $0.75, we would suggest caution, as we think there might be a resistance at $0.77-$0.80.

Let us see how much it consolidates when this region is hit. You might want to take profit in this region first, wait and see if there is another entry.
